Ingredients (For 8 pieces)
How to cook
-
1
Preheat the oven to 200℃
-
2
Beat the egg in a bowl, then add the milk and mix. Add the Daizu Labo Pancake Mix and combine. Knead by hand until the crumbly mixture comes together into a smooth dough. Set aside a small amount of dough for the eyes. Divide the remaining dough into 8 portions and roll into balls.
-
3
Place plastic wrap on the work surface. Flatten one portion of dough slightly with a rolling pin, then wrap dough around a sausage. Press the seam firmly to seal. Repeat to make 8 rolls.
-
4
Use a table knife or similar utensil to make deep, winding cuts in the surface of the dough to resemble mummy bandages. Position the eyes so the seam is on the underside. Leave a small gap, roll the reserved dough into tiny balls for the eyes, and place them on top. Make a small hole with a toothpick and add black sesame seeds for the pupils. Repeat for all 8 sausages.
-
5
Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them. Brush with olive oil and bake in the preheated 200℃ oven for 10 minutes.
-
6
Arrange on a plate and serve with ketchup.
